Every power equipment dealer is a hard worker. Every power equipment dealer puts in long hours and puts his heart and soul into the business. But every once in a while, you come across a dealer that you would call a "real go-getter". Bill Dickerson and Ryan Ezell are those kinds of dealers. Dickerson and Ezell are used to hard work.
For 14 years, beginning in his college days, Dickerson was a landscape contractor. "I thought about becoming a dealer because I can relate to the customers," says Dickerson. "I've been there, both as a contractor and as a homeowner. That means a lot to my customers." His work-hard-don't-waste-a-minute attitude is evident in many areas of the business. For instance, talk to him about customer downtime. He doesn't let the customer suffer for long. "My customers don't have time for that," says Dickerson. "So I have several demo units in each line. I use them to sell, but I also use them as loaners, so my customers don't have to waste any time."
